Conditions of Sale

Our quotations are for the supply of landscaping products, without installation, or other goods as specified on this quotation.

•  Upon receipt of the customer's acceptance of the order Quantum Stone Pty Ltd reserve the right to review the order for accuracy of costings and measurements before delivery. This quotation is subject to corrections for clerical or mathematical errors.

•  Any date allocated for completion of any work by Quantum Stone Pty Ltd is allocated in the light of circumstances existing at the date hereof. Quantum Stone Pty Ltd will not be responsible for delay in completing or failure to complete such work caused by circumstances for which Quantum Stone Pty Ltd is not responsible or has no control over ie. transport strikes, industrial disputes, manufacturing delays etc.

•  Any statement or agreement by Quantum Stone Pty Ltd is contingent on its ability to secure goods and/or material for the manufacture or supply of this order.

•  The prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Quantum Stone Pty Ltd.

•  In the event of a cancellation by the customer after the material has been specially ordered for you from any supplier, the customer agrees to pay, as liquidated damages a sum equal to 30% (deposit) of the total purchase price. Cancellation must be given in writing to Quantum Stone Pty Ltd. Any deposit retained in the event of cancellation by the customer shall be deemed GST inclusive.

•  Variations of shade can occur from samples shown and in the manufacture of different materials. Quantum Stone Pty Ltd will take every care to obtain the best effect but cannot assume responsibility for variations in colour or finished texture.

•  Quantum Stone Pty Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for customer's own measurements.

•  Warranty on products shall be as per the manufacturers' specifications. The warranty is limited to replacement only and does not include removal or reinstallation costs.

•  Quantum Stone Pty Ltd will not accept any returns as a result of over ordering by the purchaser or the purchaser's agent.

•  All goods delivered by Quantum Stone Pty Ltd to the customer remain the absolute property of Quantum Stone Pty Ltd as legal and beneficial owner until such time payment is received in full, ie payments of all amounts due and owing by customer.

•  Returns and claims must be made within 14 days of delivery

•  The privacy of your personal information is important to Quantum Stone Pty Ltd and we will ensure that it is held, used and disclosed consistent with the National Privacy Principles stated in the Privacy Act 1988 (“Act”).
