Quantum Stone is a hand made high quality wet cast cementicious product. As a product containing natural materials some Quantum Stone pavers will have color variation. If the order is of more than one pallet, the pavers must be blended during installation. |

Storage - Make sure all products are protected whilst waiting for installation. Leave all Quantum Stone packed until they are ready to be laid. Do not stack or place Quantum Stone in a manner in which they are not intended, this may lead to marking. |

Pallets - All pallets and packaging are non-returnable. |

Cutting - Use a brick saw or grinder saw with a diamond blade, be sure to clean off slurry and or dust immediately or staining may occur. |

Laying - Quantum Stone recommends installation by a qualified paver /tiler /stonemason. |

Cleaning/Sealing - Quantum Stone recommends all of the product to be sealed. Cleaning and sealing contractors are recommended. DO NOT USE ACID TO CLEAN QUANTUM STONE. Sealing and up-keep of sealer will help to protect the product and reduce the risk of stains. Hot water and a scrubbing brush are recommended for cleaning any marks/stains. |

Efflorescence -Quantum Stone have very few problems with efflorescence, however it is an inherent problem within the clay and masonry industry as it is a naturally occurring phenomenon and is beyond our control. No guarantee will be given. To prevent the potential risk of efflorescence, the application of a sealer is recommended as soon as possible whilst adhering to manufacturers instructions and with good drainage will reduce the risk of efflorescence. Industry studies show that efflorescence will decrease over time. |
